Inside your Flex Expansion Pod (2–4 people), we work toward one shared, aligned goal for the 12-week block — while you receive individual feedback, support, and coaching within that container.Â

Flexibility that feels embodied, usable, and integrated — not forced, isolated, or left behind in stretching drills.Â
This is for intermediate to advanced movers who are ready to train with intention, trust their body, and expand in a way that sticks.
How the Container Works

Weekly Group Coaching (Live)
Weekly 60-minute live group session
Sessions are coaching-led, educational, and experiential
You’ll learn how and why the training evolves — not just what to do
New core program content is introduced in Weeks 1, 5, and 9, so the work continues to
progress over the full 12 weeks
This is a full coaching cohort — the live session is powerful, but it’s not the only place value lives.
Group Vision Clarity Call + Personal Visualisation
One 30–45 min group Vision & Clarity Call at the start of the containerÂ
We align the group on the shared outcome and training focus Â
Each person receives a personalised visualisation, created specifically for your body, goals, and future-flex vision Â
This is where intention meets nervous-system trust.Â
Even though the program is shared, your coaching is not generic.Â
You’ll receive:Â
Weekly individual video + voice feedback on your training Â
Upload movement videos and questions (up to 3 focus points per week) • Feedback is tailored to your body, history, and patterns Â
Support on how to integrate flexibility into your dancing, pole, or aerial work Â
Your own personal accountability formsÂ
Weekly self-reflection tools to track progress, patterns, and awareness

About Missed Sessions (Important, Please Read)
Because this is a 12-week coaching container, the value isn’t held in one single session — it’s spread across the full experience.Â
If you miss a live call:Â
You’ll receive the session recording inside your Flex Expansion Vault
Your programming continues to progress as planned Â
You still have access to feedback, resources, and the group containerÂ
You’re still very much held inside the process Â
This work is designed to support you over time, not just in one hour a week. The live sessions are powerful, but they’re only one part of the bigger picture.Â
For this reason, sessions aren’t refundable or extendable if a call is missed.
That said — in the case of extreme circumstances where your entire group is unable to attend, we’ll work together to find an alternative time within two weeks after the 12-week Flex Expansion Method wraps.Â
The intention here is to keep the container spacious, fair, and supportive for everyone involved.Â
