What We’ll Be Working Toward

The Flex Expansion Method — 1:1 is a high-touch, 12-week private coaching container designed  to help your flexibility become a skill that amplifies your dancing and unlocks limitless potential  towards your dream skills & tricks! 

This is for dancers, polers, and aerialists who are ready to: 

Train with intention and structure  

Understand why they’re doing what they’re doing  

Build strength, safety, and trust alongside range  

Let flexibility support their movement — not limit it 

Weekly 1:1 Coaching (Live) 

One 60-minute private session each week  

Fully personalised to your body, history, and goals  

Coaching-led, educational, and responsive  

Your program evolves as you do — nothing static  

This is real-time, present coaching — where we refine, integrate, and adjust together.

Vision & Clarity Call + Personal Visualisation 

One private 30–45 min Vision & Clarity Call (once you’ve secured your spot, we will  schedule this in the 2 weeks prior to our start date)  

We define your main flexibility goal and training focus for the 12 week container  

You’ll receive a personalised visualisation, created specifically for you and your future-flex  vision  

This is where intention meets nervous-system trust.

Support doesn’t live only inside the live sessions. 

You’ll receive: 

Ongoing individual guidance  

Space to ask questions and refine your training  

Coaching that looks at how flexibility integrates into your movement practice  This is a deeply personal, high-touch container. 

Full access to your session recordings inside your Flex Expansion Vault

Your evolving program, resources, and context all in one place

As this is a 12-week private coaching container, the value lives in the ongoing process, not a single  session. 

Each client may reschedule up to two (2) sessions within the 12-week container, in the  case of illness,
unforeseen extreme circumstances, or where we’ve mutually agreed to  adjust a session prior to
beginning our training together. 

If there is availability within the same week of the cancellation,
we’ll do our best to  reschedule your session during that week.  

If there isn’t space available that week, the session will be moved to the
back end of the 12- week mentorship, and completed within two weeks after the container wraps.  

Sessions are not recorded if you’re unable to attend.  

This structure keeps the container spacious, respectful, and supportive — while allowing flexibility  when life genuinely happens.
